We are committed to providing you with outstanding quality and energy efficiency. We take great pride in our work, striving to exceed clients expectations, which is why each home we build is covered by the Industry leading Tarion Warranty Program. Building Green

Shirecrest Homes has been built upon integrity, quality and innovation. We take great pride in our work and strive to exceed both customer expectations and building standards. In an ever changing industry, we are committed to learning about new products and designs, enabling us to meet and exceed your individual needs. We believe in Responsible Building as it relates to the environment and energy efficiency. We are an ENERGY STAR Builder and endeavor to use ENERGY STAR rated materials such as windows, furnaces, air conditioners and other electrical and mechanical devices. We also bring innovation to the manner in which our homes consume energy, through the use of alternative sources of heat such as geothermal systems, the appropriate use of insulation and the control of air leakage in the building envelope.

ENERGY STAR qualified homes perform 20 percent more efficiently than those that are only designed to meet building code requirements.
Along with the efficiency of the mechanical systems in your home, our design team will help you select finishes and materials that promote low or zero V.O.C. off gassing that can be extremely harmful to humans as well as pets over time. We are capable of building your home to the level of energy efficiency that you so desire, should it exceed our own standard measures of practice.
